Selling with Adam's

Adam’s offer a free valuation service in our salerooms on St. Stephen’s Green, and arrangements can be made for a valuer to call to your house by appointment. We recommend first sending photographs, by post or email to info@adams.ie, with any other relevant information. The service is free and there is no obligation to sell.
Once you are happy with the valuation, your pieces are brought to our offices on St. Stephen’s Green (or, for furniture, to our warehouse) six weeks before the sale so we can catalogue and photograph them. You will sign a Contract for Sale detailing the items, their estimates, fees and terms, and all vendors receive a pre-sale advice and catalogue, and a post-sale advice with the prices achieved. Commission ranges from 10% to 17.5% of the hammer price depending on the type of sale; payment is issued approximately four weeks after the sale. Call +353 1 676 0261 to discuss selling.
